In this workshop, you’ll learn a variety of state of the art techniques for overcoming habits and addictions. You’ll also learn why “Helping” doesn’t help, and how to become the voice of your patient’s resistance and “Sit with Open Hands” so as to reduce resistance and boost motivation to change. This promises to be an engaging day of learning including didactic teaching, live demonstrations, Q and A, and opportunities to practice new therapy techniques in small breakout groups with expert feedback so that you can walk away with new skills to help your patients - and yourself!
