About My Practice

I am a coach who provides a safe space and a personalised programme, so that you can quickly start to feel back in charge of your life again and operating from a new level of being.

I can work in different ways to suit any client, by telephone, secure email or secure Telehealth video call (time-zones must work for phone and video work). I work in-person in Wiltshire and occasionally in London.

I’m a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and I began coaching, mentoring and mediating in my Human Resources career. I later suffered from severe chronic pain, which ended my corporate career. A decade of research and practice resulted in my recovery from fibromyalgia (and a very long list of other chronic symptoms). I now use what I discovered to coach other chronic pain sufferers. We work together to create a Universe of Safety via a personalised recovery strategy, plan and practice. The techniques I use are Pain Reprocessing Therapy and TEAM CBT.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy was developed in the US at the Pain Psychology Center in Los Angeles. We focus on re-wiring the brain’s connections to reduce and train-out pain symptoms and improve overall wellbeing. The approach is evidence-based and tailored to each client. I believe everyone deserves to live free from pain and chronic symptoms and my job is to help make that a reality for my clients.

TEAM CBT is a unique approach to cognitive behavioural therapy, again developed in the US by Dr. David Burns at Stanford University School of Medicine. It utilises a wide range of simple but carefully-targeted methods to help clients reach real solutions and to better understand how the brain’s activity translates into the every day decisions and behaviours that affect both how they progress in life, and how much pain they experience.

I am an Eckhart Tolle teacher of presence.
