Workshop Overview

Role playing techniques can be significantly more powerful and emotionally engaging than traditional paper-and-pencil cognitive therapy techniques like Examine the Evidence. In this workshop you will learn ten of the most popular cognitive therapy role playing techniques that can trigger rapid and meaningful change in patients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and habits and addictions. You will learn and practice methods such as:

Externalization of Resistance, Externalization of Voices, The Double Standard Technique, Four different Feared Fantasy Methods, The Devil’s Advocate Technique and The Forced Empathy Method.

You will have a chance to practice several of these methods using your own thoughts so that you can learn how to bring cognitive therapy methods to life, while doing your own personal healing as well!

This is a live-streamed online one day workshop. 100% attendance and completion of CE survey after the workshop is required to receive CE certificate of completion.
