About My Practice

You don’t have time for bad therapy. Seeing a therapist should mean working with someone that you can trust, who knows how to help. Someone you feel connected with and safe. I have heard too many stories of people who have walked away from a session feeling frustrated and lost. The Feeling Good Institute does things differently. Working together, you and I will establish a connection, create goals and find techniques that work especially for you. Plus, you will give me feedback along with way so that we know that we are on track. We work to stay focused on what it is you need in therapy in a warm supportive way.

I love my job! I love coming to work to hear people’s stories, and feel privileged to be trusted to help with their deepest struggles. I love seeing people’s lives and relationships change as they learn to be brave and vulnerable, learning new ways of thinking. I work with people who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and a host of other struggles. As a mom and military spouse, I specialize in helping military members, first responders, front-line workers, and their loved ones work through transitions and trauma. We break it down into manageable pieces, session by session, and build a toolkit that you can use again and again long after therapy is over. I can teach you to be your own therapist. And the best part is the tools are supported by research and evidence so that we know we aren’t wasting your time.
