About My Practice

People commonly report having a difficult time finding the right therapist who uses an approach to fit their specific needs. I use an evidence-based approach that tailors to fit those needs. I specialize in treating those struggling with anxiety and depression by teaching them tools that can help them quickly alleviate symptoms within just a handful of sessions. Once clients are armed with the knowledge of what causes their symptoms, they quickly learn how to use the tools and are equipped with the skills necessary for a better-quality life. I also specialize in treating issues surrounding sexuality concerns and offer Sex Therapy as I am a board certified sex therapist and a certified diplomate of the American Board of Sexology.  

Fees: $120.00 per hour. I also offer a sliding scale fee based on need please inquire.
